Our office policy & payment information are listed below as a reference for our future clients to see and understand beforehand. During the initial free consultation meeting, forms will be filled out and gone over together with all questions answered. Keeping things simple and stress free is a goal we strive to achieve with every photo session.
- All session retainer fees are due at the time of booking.
- Remainder balance due at time of session.
- All retainer fees are non-refundable.
- Typically, each photo session will have two photographers with one main shooter.
- Some on location sites may have a fee applied.
- Any on location session beyond the 20-mile radius of studio will have additional fees of $2 per mile round trip in addition to session fee.
- Every “photo session” begins with a consultation meeting with no fee or obligation.
- A $35 fee will be charged for any returned check.
- No additional fees for weekend shoots.
- Payment methods accepted: cash or check (made out to LeeAnna Jakus).
- Allow four weeks for processing of proofs.
- Typically requires three to four weeks for completions of printing.
- Orders of prints must be paid in full at time of ordering.
- Print ordering must be done within the two-week time frame of receiving proofs.
- Purchased digital images will be delivered via USB drive or by email.
- Photo sessions typically receive two files (print and social media) of purchased images of most shoots.
- Print releases are provided with most sessions.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- All images are the property of Sun & Moon Photography and the photographer who took it.
